ITINERARY

Day 01 : Arrive Srinagar

On arrival at Srinagar Airport meet our chauffeur and transfer to hotel. On arrival check in to hotel. Later visit to Mughal Gardens, Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Sankaracharya Temple & Carpet Weaving Factory. Overnight stay at Srinagar.

Day 02 : Srinagar / Gulmarg (50 Kms/approx 02 Hrs)

After breakfast take a ride in Shikara (A Traditional Kashmiri boat) on Dal Lake & pass through by Floating Gardens, Lotus Gardens,  Kaboothar Khana (Pigeon Palace). Later drive to Gulmarg (Meadows of flowers). On arrival check in to hotel. Later enjoy the Gondola ride & Gulmarg valley view. Overnight stay at Gulmarg.

Day 03 : Gulmarg / Pahalgam (140 Kms/approx 04 Hrs)

After breakfast proceed to Pahalgam, which is the most beautiful drive. On the way stop at many beautiful spots for photo stop and continue drive to Pahalgam (The Valley of Sheppard’s), Enroute see the picturesque saffron fields, the shimmering stream of Lidder river flowing from high mountains. On arrival check in to hotel. Overnight stay at Pahalgam.

Day 04 : Pahalgam

After breakfast proceed to local sightseeing of Pahalgam by Pony/own. Overnight stay at Pahalgam.

Day 05 : Pahalgam / Srinagar (100 Kms/approx 03 Hrs)

After breakfast drive back to Srinagar. On arrival check in to hotel. Overnight stay at Srinagar.

Day 06 : Srinagar – Departure

After breakfast drop at Srinagar airport to catch flight for onwards destination.

The above Price includes:

• Accommodation on double/triple sharing basis
• Welcome Drink on arrival
• Meal Plan : MAP (on fixed menu/buffet)
• Transfers & sightseeing as per itinerary by NAC Vehicle (as per group size)
• Shikara ride on World Famous Dal lake (once)
• English Speaking Guide during sightseeing at Srinagar only
• Gondola ride in Gulmarg upto 1st Phase only
• All toll taxes, parking charges
• Assistance on Arrival/Departure
• All currently applicable hotel taxes except Applicable GST

The above Price doesn’t include:

• Any Air or Rail fare
• Any other meal not mentioned in price includes
• Any other destination not mentioned in itinerary
• Pony/Sledge riding, Any adventure activities
• Excursion to Aru Valley, Bettab Valley /Chandanwari In Pahalgam
• Any monument entrance fees, camera fees, guide charges
• Any expenses of personal nature
• Applicable 5% GST

Things to Note:

• Please note rooms are subject to availability. We are not holding any rooms.
• Few hotels / resorts used in the packages are located on the outskirts of the towns; specifically selected to avoid crowed areas and traffic congestions in the peak season.
• It is mandatory to carry photo ID card (except Pan Card) while you are on tour.
• Most of the hotels offer complimentary heaters or are centrally heated. However, some hotels might charge extra for the heaters provided. The cost for these heaters is not included in the package cost and has to be directly paid at the hotel. The cost may vary from INR 100 to INR 300 per heater per night.
• Please note no sightseeing will be provided at Sonamarg/Gulmarg/Pahalgam. Our vehicle will drop/Pick clients from these palaces as outside vehicles are not allowed for sightseeing.
• Please note that only 01 extra bed is allowed per room.
• It is mandatory to carry photo ID card while you are on tour.
• Above rates are not valid during long weekends & festive period.
• Please note that while travelling in hilly terrain AC will be switched off.

General Information:

All domestic Hotels/Transport rates are based on current tariff & subject to change without prior notification; the revised rates will be charged extra. All arrangements made by our company are in the capacity of an agent only. Our company will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries, delayed or cancelled flights & acts of force majeure.

General Terms & Conditions:-

• General Hotel Check in time is between 2 PM to 4 PM
• General Breakfast timings in hotels in 06.30 – 10.30 A.M

Payment Terms & Conditions

• 40 % of package cost as advance amount
• 30 – 14 days Prior to Departure: 50% of the remaining total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days Prior to Departure: 100% of the total tour cost

General Cancellation Policy:-

• 30 Days Prior to the departure: Booking Deposit will be non-refundable
• 30 – 14 days Prior to Departure: 50% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days Prior to Departure: 75% of the total tour cost
• Within 7 Days Prior to Departure: 100% cancellation will apply
