DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL – HALF DAY CITY TOUR IN THE AFTERNOON
Welcome to Hanoi – the capital of Vietnam!
The tour guide & driver will be welcoming you at Noi Bai airport; it takes us 35 minutes driving to the centre of Hanoi then check-in at hotel and relax.
Afternoon let’s start our city tour from Temple of Literature, the 1st university in Vietnam then continue to Ba Dinh Square – the biggest square in Hanoi where all biggest cultural, political events of the cities for taking photos of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (outside). Later have an overall view of the capital by a walking visit, which will start around the Old Quarter of Hanoi, stop at Hoan Kiem Lake (the “Sword” Lake). Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 2: HANOI – HOALU – TAMCOC – HANOI (SIC TOUR) (B/L)
7.30 – 8.15: We pick you up at your hotel, departure for Hoa Lu – Tam Coc, enjoying the beautiful sceneries of the rural areas on the way
10.30: After arriving in Ninh Binh province, the guide takes you to visit Hoa Lu – the Ancient Royal capital of Viet Nam. We will visit Dinh king temple and Le king temple.
in the 10th century, finding out the heroic histories of this two Kings in Chinese Wars. After that, we go to Tam Coc (10 km far from Hoa Lu).
Have lunch at local restaurant.
After lunch you will get on bamboo boat – rowed by the local people – in Hoang Long river to visit Tam Coc (three caves) on the way. You pass through three enormous caves that provide a brief respite from the intense summer sun. It takes approximately two hours to go up and down the river and along the way, you witness local fisherfolk, village life along the river and, of course, the striking limestone karst formations that Tam Coc is famous for.
If you like to go biking, it is a good idea. You will have chance to visit real villages and amazing landscapes by bicycle about one hour (from Restaurant).
16.00: We take the car come back Ha Noi.
18.30: We arrive Ha Noi and finnish the tour.

DAY 3: HANOI – HALONG BAY – HANOI (SIC TOUR) (B/L)
7:45 – 8:30 Am: Picking up from hotel/stay and depart for Halong Bay
10:30 Stopping over to stretch the legs on the way
12:30 – 16: 30: Arrival Tuan Chau Harbor, boarding Alova Day Cruise and Cruising on the bay.
Activity included:

– Safety briefing
– Lunch with Vietnamese dishes
– “Kayaking , Bamboo boat rowing” (Optional) OR Relaxing
– Visiting Thien Cung cave (Heaven Cave)

PLEASE NOTES:
Tour cost is not included the Festive Season Surcharge (if any) and Compulsory meals for 24 & 31 Dec 2018. The extra fee will be advised upon booking.
- In case of the sharply increase of fuel cost, The price will be adjusted accordingly.

Hotel policy:
- Standard check in time is 14:00

- Early check in/ Late check-out is subject to availability with surcharge from the hotels
Child policy:
- Child’s rate applicable to child from 2 years old to under 12 years old.
- Sharing twin room with other member, full charge as adult rate.
- With an extra bed occupancy, will charge 75% of adult rate.
- Without bed, will charge 50% of adult rate. (Maximum 02 child without bed sharing room with parents)
- Child from 12 year old onwards counted as adults’ rate.
- Infant (under 2 years old): free of charge.
Important Note :
- ROE Currently taken as per 1USD= 69 INR. Payments for Land Component will be taken as per rate of exchange on the day of making final payments
- General Hotel Check in time is between 2 PM to 4 PM
- General Breakfast timings in hotels in 06.30 – 10.30 A.M
- Grant of on Arrival visa depends on sole discretion of Immigration Authority and we are not responsible for any non grant of Visa to traveler.
- The airfares and taxes are calculated as on a mentioned date and any increase in the taxes or airfares will be borne by the customer.

- 40 % of package cost as advance amount will be non-refundable
- 30 – 14 days Prior to Departure: 50% of the remaining total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days Prior to Departure: 100% of the total tour cost
General Cancellation Policy:
- 30 Days Prior to the departure: Booking Deposit will be non-refundable
- 30 – 14 days Prior to Departure: 50% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days Prior to Departure: 75% of the total tour cost
- Within 7 Days Prior to Departure: 100% cancellation will apply
